Agreement to Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. TrueService Paradise Decks provides deck building, repair, and installation services to homeowners in Paradise, NV and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
We offer custom deck design and installation, composite deck installation, deck repair and restoration, deck replacement and rebuilds, wood deck installation, deck railings and stairs, deck staining and sealing, and pergola construction. All services are performed by trained professionals using quality materials. Specific details about your project will be outlined in your service agreement and quote.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may change if you request modifications to the original plan or if we discover unforeseen issues during the project. We will discuss any pricing changes with you before proceeding. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule as soon as we become aware of them.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to you according to the terms provided by the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for the period specified in your contract. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or lack of proper maintenance are not covered.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets and children are kept safely away from the construction site. You should inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features on your property. You are also responsible for maintaining your deck according to the maintenance guidelines we provide to ensure the longevity of your investment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Once work has started, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased. The specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage and follow all local building codes and safety regulations. Any claims must be reported to us promptly in writing.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
